Business Development Representatives

ICTS is a Vietnam- based software development boutique that focuses on cutting- edge technologies. We specialize in custom softwares and AI integration services for English- speaking markets.
What you will do:

Work closely with the Accounting department in the collection of overdue accounts
Participate in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deals
Prospect and develop new client relationships and new business opportunities with existing clients via call (video or not), email, cha, offline events
Participate in building good practices for sales team
Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and negotiate the deal’s terms based on the company’s guidelines
Work closely with the Marketing team and the Business Analysis team to optimize the whole customer experience and increase the conversion rate from leads to deals.
Qualify leads, identify sales opportunities and follow up using CRM systems

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Having experience in businesses targeting English- speaking markets.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
Good analytical and data- based mindset
At least 2 years of working experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, preferably with an outsourcing company.
English proficiency (4 skills)
