Business Development Specialist

Purpose And Scope Of Role
· The Company services and servicing methods are determined to
· The main business scope of ADEN Services shall be the activities directly related to catering, cleaning, maintenance and other facility management services for buildings, factories, hotels, schools, etc.
· The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.
· The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of Vietnam.
Key Duties a Responsibilities:
· Initiate market research; evaluate consumer and business information to form a basis for product development
· Meet agreed sales targets and revenue objectives
· Working with sales team to develop a solid business case to support recommendations on new business both within existing fields of Interest and also new fields of Interest for The company
· Define client needs and convert them into service requirements and solutions
· Develop and implement sales plans including sales strategy, sales forecast and budget estimation
· Well manage client accounts by keeping close contact developing new business via cross- selling & liaising with other departments to assure service quality
· Report to Business Development Manager
