Job Description
To identify and develop high- impact business opportunities in the healthcare sector by conducting strategic market research, evaluating business models, building strong industry partnerships, and driving early- stage execution from concept to pilot—ensuring alignment with the company’s long- term growth objectives.
Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and business case presentations to secure leadership buy- in and funding support.
Analyze competitive landscapes to map out key players, market gaps, and disruptive trends across healthcare delivery, medtech, diagnostics, wellness, and related fields.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry experts, advisors, healthcare operators, regulatory agencies, and strategic partners.
Collaborate cross- functionally with internal teams (strategy, finance, legal, operations) to assess business models and ensure operational feasibility.
Conduct in- depth market research on local and international healthcare sectors, including industry trends, regulatory frameworks, emerging innovations, and operational challenges.
Identify promising business ideas and evaluate their commercial viability, scalability, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop go- to- market strategies and detailed business plans for selected opportunities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, strategic research, market intelligence, management consulting, healthcare investment, or related roles.
Experience in building partnerships and navigating operational requirements in complex or highly regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable business strategies.
Proven background in healthcare sectors such as medical technology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, wellness, or health services is strongly preferred.
