We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Specialist to drive our business growth in Vietnam. This remote contract position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities for our innovative courses.
Company Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Expansion:
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and business partnerships in Vietnam.
• Conduct targeted lead generation using online platforms and networking to engage potential clients.
Market Exploration:
• Identify emerging markets and opportunities within Vietnam to foster new business growth.
• Understand local market dynamics and tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs across various industries.
Achieve Revenue Targets:
• Take ownership of revenue growth by meeting or exceeding KPIs set for sales performance.
• Ensure consistent achievement of targets to support Delta Cognition&039;s overall business objectives.
Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers, providing ongoing support to promote long- term partnerships.
• Manage and follow up on client inquiries to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our courses.
Promote Course Visibility:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure for our courses in the Vietnamese market.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven Business Development Experience:
• A successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Minimum of two years in B2B business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the education, training, or professional services sectors.
Strong Communication Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Self- Starter and Team Player:
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Familiarity with Remote Work:
• Experience in remote business development, utilizing digital tools and platforms for lead generation, client meetings, and sales presentations.
