Find and build long- term cooperative relationships with customers.
Build close relationships with partners, grasp the development orientation, culture, environment, and recruitment needs of customers to provide appropriate services and support.
Propose plans to expand business opportunities and reach customers.
Negotiate contracts and support the implementation of the company&039;s recruitment services.
Analyze needs and advise on NMS solutions suitable for each customer.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Human Resources (Headhunting, recruitment services) or positions such as Headhunter, Recruiter, TA, Recruitment Consultant, ... or related positions
Sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure well
Age range: 1990- 1999
Proficient in English with 4 skills to use at work (no certificate required)
University graduate majoring in economics, human resources, business administration or related
Priority is given to candidates with experience in Business Development positions or recruitment staff in the Nontech sector (Foreign Language Center, Labor Export, Banking, ...)
