Business Development Supervisor (Japanese Speaking) Công Ty TNHH Kintetsu World Express Việt Nam

The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for driving new business growth and achieving annual targets by implementing the strategy set by Superiors. They are tasked with leading and supervising the Business Development team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of effective solutions to new customers. They act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries or issues and interact with clients to provide information and respond to inquiries related to KWE&039;s range of products and services, including Ocean, Air, CBT, Warehousing, and VAS Services for both inbound and outbound operations.
- Seek new business opportunities based on the strategy set by the Business Development Manager.
- Regularly visit customers to address any issues, monitor competitors&039; activity, gather market information, and maintain customer trust.
- Stay updated on trade trends by periodically discussing with the Procurement team and monitoring market rate trends.
- Based on customer analysis, develop solutions that exceed their expectations such as: offer competitive rates, improve services, highlight the company&039;s strengths and global network.
- Share valuable customer and market information with overseas agents and follow up with them on quotations.
- Manage the RFQ process, including checking conditions, collecting buying rates, consulting direct superiors, and submitting a competitive rate.
- Prepare and verify service contracts, ensuring the liability range and credit terms are clearly defined.
- Address payments with customers and update status to related parties.
- Provide support and guidance to the Business Development staff in customer visits, advice on approach and rates, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Review team reports and provide advice on the next action plans.

*Working requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Relevant working experience in the forwarding and logistics industry is a plus.
- Japanese Language Level at least N2 and business English
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset oriented, with the ability to establish and sustain productive relationships.
- Analytical and solution- oriented approach to problem- solving.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Detail- oriented and meticulous approach to work.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
* Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist.
- Working time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM- 5.35 PM.
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time).
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus).
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year.
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October).
- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance.
