Job Description
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain
strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand
industry trends and customer needs, helping to shape business development strategies.
• Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Upselling & Cross- Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross- sell additional services or products to existing clients.
• Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to support the sales team.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
• 12 remote days per year for full- time employees. Each month, they will be granted 1 day.

Requirements
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Tech- Savvy: Basic understanding of IT software solutions is a plus, but not required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, English Language or a related field.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, proactive and self- motivated.
• Customer- Centric: A passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
Check- out: after 8 working hours, with a 1.5- hour lunch break
