Business Development Trainee

Business Development Trainee 2019 is a fast-track development program for fresh graduated who are keen on learning new things, not afraid to take chances and interested in driving insurance business. In this program, you will be equipped with comprehensive sales training program, gain superior mentor from experts in sales field and nurture leadership skill through business project involvement
After 06 months of training and rotation, you will go through assessment to certify as a Business Development Manager with the roles and responsibilities as below:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in sales activities planning in the assigned General Agency on monthly basis.
- Deploy the sales activities in the assigned General Agency to achieve projected sales targets
- Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned General Agency in terms of sales KPI
- Participate in intensive coaching journey to conquer the goal to become next generation of leader
