Objectives
We are seeking a highly motivated and result- driven Business Development Trainee who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good problem- solving mindset with solid knowledge of digital marketing to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager/Lead to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Job Description
Research and Insight generation:
Research potential leads/clients for each key vertical/industry and generate valuable insights about potential leads/clients.
Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade strategies and share insights with other teams within the vertical (e.g., Product teams, Account team, etc.).
Sales process optimization:
Support BD Reps in updating and quality- checking clients’ data in PMAX’s CRM system when needed and prepare client meetings both online and offline.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Innovate and implement tactics to attract potential clients (personal branding, networking, sales script, etc.).
Sales approach & Client acquisition:
Approach and nurture leads to create sales opportunities and coordinate with the team to convert clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the sales process effectively, from prospect development to proposal, presentation, and closing negotiations, to achieve company goals.
Vertical expertise
Conduct deep research and gain a thorough understanding of assigned vertical’s insights, market trends, and client segmentation.
Consult BD Reps in approach & nurture potential leads in assigned- vertical.
Build best practices for the vertical’s sales process.
Growth team collaboration:
Leverage your BD skills to support Marketing/Partnership scope for optimizing the growth process.
Undertake cross- functional duties on growth projects to increase client acquisition rate.
People development:
Provide mutual feedback for coworkers & line managers to upgrade yourself, the BD program and team’s culture.
Participate in PMAX Academy courses and BD training courses to adopt better practices in work.

Must have:

Ability to read/write in English
Bachelor degree major in Business Administration/Marketing, Communications or related field.
