Job description:
Coordinate with the technical department in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems that arise when customers use the service;
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status.
Continuously contact support, listen to customer feedback about the Company&039;s services quickly and promptly.
Analyze customer needs to proactively find, approach and exploit potential customers using the Company&039;s services.
Build, manage and develop customer relationships.
Complete contracts and support the customer payment process.
Promote contract signing, negotiation and implementation of contract signing procedures with customers.
Develop and implement Marketing strategies with the project&039;s Marketing team to build the Company&039;s brand to customers.
Requirement:
Knowledge:
At least 1 year of experience working in Sale SaaS Platform/Business Development in Technology companies and SaaS services.
Have knowledge of sales and customer care processes.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to Ielts 6.0
Knowledge of Web/App products and services, B2B SaaS services
Have knowledge in the field of business development, customer care, B2B Sales or equivalent experience.
Ability to build and develop cooperative working relationships with customers and partners. Have a wide network with companies and individuals related to affiliate marketing needs, marketing advertising to find customers
Understanding the Affiliate Marketing market is an advantage
