Business Development

- Search for potential customer information in international markets (AU, EU, USA,...) including: expanding database, preparing and sending product advertisements to potential customers (via email, phone ,…)
- Search and identify business opportunities in the field of software design.
- Support making quotes, making invoices,...
- Building and developing the Company and Services brand.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone calls, to convince customers to use the Company&039;s services.

- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Have good time management skills.
- Basic understanding of the software development process.
- Experience: 2- 5 years in software business, outsourcing project business on IT programming, HRM, E- Co, BlockChain, Digital transformation....
- Ability to work independently and work well in groups
- Have good spirit and attitude to learn and be agile.
- Good English communication ability, Toeic certificate of 650 or higher or other relevant English certificates
- University degree in economics, management, marketing, PR or related fields..

- Income: Basic salary 12- 15M + Com, project bonus.
