Position Overview:
The Business Intelligence A.Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our BI strategy, leading a team of analysts, and providing critical insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive experience with BI tools, and a proven track record of leading data- driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate data- driven decision- making across the organization.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and Drive BI Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the company&039;s goals.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various sources (including sales, marketing, and customer behavior) to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, technology) to ensure alignment and integration of BI initiatives.
Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to team members and other departments to enhance data literacy and ensure effective use of BI tools and data insights across the organization.

Technology and Tools Management:
Stay current with the latest BI tools and technologies, ensuring the organization leverages best- in- class solutions

A minimum of 5 years in a similar BI role, preferably within the e- commerce sector.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, with strong project management skills.
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI), along with strong SQL skills. Experience with Python is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical and problem- solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
