Business Intelligence Developer

Must be presently located in Hanoi, Vietnam; exceptions cannot be made.
We are seeking an exceptional BI developer to build out our data and reporting platform. You will work closely with engineering teams, real estate professionals, and our clients to deliver actionable reports and priceless insights.
Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to take data sources across Picket systems, build and maintain data pipelines to our Snowflake data warehouse, and bring together various data to be usable for reporting needs.
You will develop and maintain our BI platform to enable self- service reporting for technical users at Picket.
Turn raw data into insights. Picket is in the business of acquiring, selling, and property managing homes for our clients. You will work across business lines and build reports and dashboards for our clients, real estate operators, and leadership.

S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Informatics, HCI, or similar
Python data visualization skills (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, etc)
Proficiency in Python and ideally some breadth in programming languages
Proficiency in data analysis & building visualizations (We use Mode, but experience other with BI systems like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is great)
Expertise in any core SQL database and proficiency with NoSQL databases
Data science or machine learning exposure
Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience in building data pipelines and ETL (We use dbt)
Solid mathematics/statistics background for data analysis and visualization
Self- motivated, curious, and customer- obsessed, with an interest in solving problems in the real estate industry
Proficiency in software tools- CI/CD, Git, IDEs, etc
Exposure to cloud data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, etc

Onsite opportunity including short- term assignments in the U.S, Poland, etc.
