Business Management Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing overall business development strategy, maintaining good understanding of market trends

Report on insight & implication of land law / new regulations / adjustments of government authorities related to investment, pricing & project profitability

- Identifying new investment opportunities by establishing strong relationships, partnerships and thorough feasibility studies, due diligence

Manage the project implementation & compile report to leaders to prepare for negotiation & partnership
Gather required information to estimate the profitability of investment opportunities
Develop feasibility study report for investment opportunities

Enhance policies, process, reports & provide consultation from business development point of view to business leaders

Deliver other task as assigned from superiors
Prepare & review reports on key economic status/ outlook, industry trends & key factors, business growth opportunities to cross-department leadership
Enhance the process of planning, decision-making, reporting related to business development areas

Qualifications and working experiences:

Fluent in English
Fluent in Korean
Bachelor Degree inKorean/ Urban Planning / Investment / Finance / Economics / Architecture or other related major
At least 5 yearsof broad, multi-disciplined experience intranslation, investment, research & real-estate development - Business Development Team in construction or real-estate development company is HIGHLY preferable

Good research & reporting skills, can deal with various topics
Good understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.
English document writing
Good analytical and reporting skills
Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word,Power Point,Excel)
Translation Vietnamese into Korean
Translate Vietnamese documents into Korean documents
