Business Manager, Food Industry (Open to Expats)

We are seeking a Business Manager who will lead employees to ensure productivity efficiency and provide direction on how best to handle different tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be well- versed in all matters of business. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of business’s activities to drive sustainable development and long- term success.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
• Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
• Leading current business and developing business opportunity/ ideas that tend to growth and prosperity.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Making sure we are on track for the short term and long- term priorities of the business and achieving the financial targets. Ensure proper risk management with customers, forex and market exposures.
• Maintain excellent relationships with our customers, understand their needs and find sales opportunities.
Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years in manufacturing operations within food, beverage, or spices products.
• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in driving strategic goals for production as well as overseeing daily operational activities to ensure stability and efficiency in all steps delivering consistently meeting customer requirements.
• MUST have proven ability to interact with all stakeholders as a team player.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or relevant field; Masters degree will be a plus.
