Business Operation Executive (Good English)

We are seeking a proactive and detail- oriented Operational Business Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of client business activities, providing essential support in content management, and delivering actionable insights through regular reporting. Reporting: Prepare and deliver ad- hoc reports, weekly business reports, providing actionable insights to guide business decisions.
Operational Management: Oversee and support the smooth execution of client business operations such as product launching process, inventory management, marketing campaign execution, etc, ensuring continuity without interruptions.
Additional Tasks: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Support: Assist clients in updating content and monitoring websites to ensure accuracy and relevance (Singapore Client)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Excel tools, including the use of formulas and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting (assessment during the interview).
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business data and the insights that can be drawn from it.
Experience: Proven experience in business data analysis.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong communication skills, equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.
Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
