Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Enter prices and item descriptions into the quotation system (Navision) following established guidelines and procedures.
Propose alternative items for customers when necessary, based on personal knowledge and product descriptions.
Review orders and gather all necessary information related to available items and customer- requested items to create accurate quotations.
Ensure all information in the quotation is accurate and complete, including item descriptions, inventory information, and technical specifications.

Must have
Attention to detail and precision to serve the need for accurately quoting products.
Ability to gather and synthesize information effectively to have knowledge of items in the system and requested items.
Proficient in all four English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage (The quotation system uses English and German).
Basic proficiency in office software (Excel) and fast computer operation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime transport industry, or a degree in Maritime Studies with knowledge of ships. Ability to read and understand German. Experience working on Navision.
