Position Objectives:
Offer expertise in supply chain operations, including order management and transport management.
Assist in facilitating interfaces for cross- process functions such as O2C- F, P2P, B2R.
Provide support for the implementation of the Senior Project NGBA in Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Prioritize and evaluate activities to ensure alignment between global, regional, and local projects with sites and regions (SCO Shared Service Platforms).
Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders and the project steering committee.
Ensure completeness of User Acceptance Test by SC Key users in the country.
Coordinate data validation activities, including cross- functional data impacting the supply chain scope.
Ensure integrated planning and alignment with Operating and Central Divisions, Competence Centers, Service Centers (Hub), and local Master Data Teams.
Participate, support, and drive country SC data migration/cut over activities planning and execution.
Collaborate closely with other teams in the local country platform to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead discussions to finalize supply chain- related activities before implementation.
Coordinate the development of country- specific training materials (Handbooks) for training and communication purposes.
Focus on change management and consult on master data structures of the impacted legal entity.
Identify strategic process requirements of relevant stakeholders within the company and hand them over to the responsible Process Owner.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with applications/system interfaces and "track and trace" applications.
High proficiency in SAP (SD, TM, MM).
Preferred certifications: APICS, Lean Six Sigma.
Project management experience is essential.
Experience in the Chemical Industry is advantageous.
Expert knowledge of master data concepts and enterprise structure.
Minimum of 10 years in supply chain roles, including transportation, planning, and customer service.
Bachelor&039;s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
