Job Description:
Overview: Responsible for developing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and systems. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet organizational goals and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Communication and Support: Ensure clear communication to primary business teams on incidents and status updates. Provide ongoing support and develop training materials for team members.
Project Coordination: Manage customer change requests, document and maintain project requirements, and facilitate testing and requirements traceability through the project lifecycle.
Requirement Gathering: Work with business unit management and IT leaders to design processes supported by workflow, ensuring they support both internal customer goals and objectives.
Process Analysis and Improvement: Review and improve departmental processes to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead workflow process improvement projects, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of changes implemented.
Required skills/Experience:
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with requirements tools and issue tracking software such as JIRA.
Experience with software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with SQL and database management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
