Business System Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up the Project Plan within delivery time, allocated resource, deliverable.
Prepare and maintain project documentation: requirements, specifications, workflows, task effort estimations, guidelines and mockup layout & database design.
Monitor project progress against planned timeline, deliverables, and assigned resources.
Collaborate with Dev team on solution, deploying schedules, and resource allocation.
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, document key decisions and action items, and propose solutions to risks and issues.
Support Project Manager to manage and monitor projects;
To perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Managers/ BOD.
Consolidate project information from related departments, including business requirement, delivery timelines, user volume, and budget.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1- 2 years of experience as a System Admin/ Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst.
Documentation skills for system requirements and features.
Experience in project tracking and coordinating with development teams.
College/ Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Administration or other relevant fields;
Highly responsible, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Solid analytical skills to evaluate and validate user requirements.
Strong communication and consulting abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
