Business Training Supervisor (Soft Skills)

1. Develop contents for online training channels: LMS system, studio ABO (30%)
oDesign, develop and implement online training system/contents and blended programs utilizing contemporary instructional design theories and methodologies.
oCreate a style guide for developing materials.
oProduce instructional design documents such as storyboards, scripts, media lists and assessment tools.
oDocument processes and standards in the creation of online course materials such as templates, checklists and guidelines.
oProvide guidance and specialized knowledge to other members of the team.
oReview, pilot, deploy and evaluate online training system course products.
oActively participate in special projects, initiatives and programs as required.
oCreating and delivering innovative communications campaigns that drive ABO’s engagement to online training channels.
oOnline training analysis for quality control and improvement areas.
2. Develop and enhance Business Training curriculums (30%)
oBuild the content of Business training, focusing on Business skills (sales/marketing…).
oRegularly work with contract part- time trainers and ABOs to enhance and develop the contents.
oMonitor and feedback to upline about contract trainer performance.
3. Build and deliver Customized Training Solution for LGS (40%)
oBuild relationship with ABO key accounts to find out the insights.
oInterpret data to analyze needs and give consultation to ABO.
oBuild and deliver training content for ABO key accounts.
