Costing and Financial Analysis

Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize spending and improve cost efficiency.
Conduct in- depth cost analysis of manufacturing, operations, and other expenses within the business unit.
Identify cost drivers and recommend actions to mitigate cost increases.

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

Monitor financial performance against the budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
Develop accurate financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.
Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process for the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.

Financial Reporting and FP&A:

Provide detailed FP&A support by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing financial models.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations.
Participate in cross- functional projects, offering financial insights to drive business decisions and growth strategies.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and business unit leaders.
Produce comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Experience: At least 1- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a financial management or financial audit role.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
