Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations to ensure profitability of the brand / brands, achieved budget set and compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations, delivering superior guest experience.

- Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality.
