Strategic Planning and Development
• Planning and implementation for marketing activities to increase ACET’s brand presence, market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance
• Developing new market, partners and customers and maintain channels partners and other relationships to promote ACET English Programs: at secondary schools, high schools, universities, companies, business networks and suppliers. Internally with different related and supporting staff and departments
• Contacting and support TCM to dealing with corporate customers/partners/schools
• Contributing to the strategic planning of annual or long term marketing plans of ACET to drive forward agreed company objectives.
• Liaising with counterparts in ACET- Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi and IDP for cross- marketing opportunities
• Assist the Marketing Manager in creating sales plans to achieve targets
Marketing Materials
• Managing the production, effective distribution and displaying of marketing materials, (leaflets, posters and flyers, brochures, banners, digital materials, joint materials, etc.) in cooperation with counterparts in ACET- Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi and IDP
• Writing, proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
PR and Media
• Maintaining relationships with MD clients and advertising agencies, as required
• Working with external PR and other suppliers to gain high quality customer inquiries
Marketing Events and Activities
• Attending events and exhibitions, including joint events with IDP and INSEARCH
• Organizing online and offline marketing
• Organizing sponsored events at schools or recruiting events at ACET schools, including workshops, seminars, Open Days
• Manage and control budget and identify advertising opportunities.
• Working directly with schools (secondary school, high school and university) for event organizing, banner and poster hanging, leaflets distribution.
• Managing sponsorship/scholarship programs with partners.
Competitive Research
• Monitor competitor activities, including gathering publications and promotion information of other schools
• Market research
Reporting
Daily, weekly, monthly report of sales, MKG activities and expenses, monitor cost per inquiry and cost per new sales, merchandise
Budget Monitor
• Exercise appropriate stewardship over ACET assets and intellectual property
• Expenditure is in line with agreed budget and business priorities
General
• Admin tasks and internal duties
• Other tasks required by Marketing Manager
