Buyer

- Manage all purchasing procedure from sourcing to payment of vendors to ensure the delivery lead-time, accurate the standard costs, comply with global/local policy and cost saving during the purchasing activities.
- Manage the purchase activities for all raw material/Service ( included local purchase and oversea purchase)
- Lead the price administration and improvement ideas during the purchasing process to insure that are competitive and maximize the amount of material price variance.
to combine with stakeholders ( R&D/Maintenance/Production…) to manage the sourcing process in order to manage/improve the cost saving/Cash saving target.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Follow up and control the contract management
- Make all the purchase report to Manager and Global team by monthly and yearly.
- Follow up the purchase orders and make sure that there will be delivered the spare part on time
- Control and report the purchasing cost of maintenance activities/service to production department or maintenance team.
- Coordinate with Global purchase team to improve the purchasing process and implement the global purchasing strategy to local team by yearly.

- Good at English and office software.
- Good at negotiation skill and vendor management.
- 3-5 years experience as procurement, buyer.
- University graduated.
