Operational Stability:
• Efficiently handle the calculation, verification, disbursement, and management of all payroll-
related issues for both entities.
• Mainly handle, follow up, and manage various types of contracts for employees and interns.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory obligations to state agencies: SHUI compulsory, tax, dependents, and PIT finalization.
• Ensure coordination with the Finance and Accounting team for payroll- related reports and take primary responsibility for the payment process for all company employees.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team and Audit for internal checks on HR- related issues.
• Act as a direct and proactive partner with the HR department of the partner entity.
Compensation Management & Benefits Administration:
• Oversee the annual review process, including performance salary adjustments, incentive schemes, and promotions.
• Proactively handle and update compensation structures to stay aligned with market trends and company changes, including rebuilding the employee title system.
• Develop, revamp, and manage compensation policies and programs to ensure alignment with the company&039;s overall strategy and a focus on employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations concerning employee benefits.
Employee Database Management:
• Create, adjust, and update employee information during the onboarding/offboarding process, role/department changes, and other related processes in the service desk system.
• Update, monitor, and regularly maintain HR- related changes proactively and with attention to detail for the internal team, Timo, and the entity.
• Store and manage employee information and job- related documents, including offer letters, labor contracts (HDLD), transfer processes, and promotions.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to governmental agencies as required.
• Maintain detailed records of all compensation and benefits activities.
Communication & Support:
• Serve as the main contact for employees with questions or concerns about compensation and benefits.
• Actively support and communicate with employees; create and distribute clear communication materials to notify employees about any changes or updates to their benefits.
• Support informative sessions and guidance related to compensation policies and procedures with state agencies (e.g., PIT finalization), to help employees understand and complete processes more easily.
Continuous Improvement:
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Willing to create key projects that focus on enhancing employee satisfaction and minimizing obstacles in processes, while maintaining and aligning with laws and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement in current compensation and benefits programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
