• Researching compensation and benefit plans to create a competitive offering for their company
• Deciding when to adjust current salaries and wages based on the cost of living and market trends
• Helping employees submit important paperwork for insurance policies, retirement plans, taxes, wellness programs and parental leave
• Monitoring employee time working, ensuring they are accurate
• Determining if compensation and benefit plans work within the company&039;s budget
• Figuring out how much to compensate an employee for their job title, roles and responsibilities
• Writing and enforcing compensation and benefit policies
• Working with benefits vendors and investment brokers
• Following state and federal laws regarding compensation and benefits
• Onboarding new employees, getting them on the company payroll
• Creating a payment structure for our company
Yêu cầu công việc
Deep understanding of Labor Code and relevant regulations in Social Insurance, PIT etc.;
At least 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in international 4- 5 star hotel/resort
University’s graduates, major of English/ Finance/ Law.
