Objective of role:
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Payroll
compensation and benefits programs, local legislation compliance and support HQ- SG on employee career life cycle NCA team
Ensure payroll cycles for NCA team (main duty), design, coordinate and manage the employee
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
▪ Send monthly e- pays lip to employees
▪ Update new joiners, resignees and staff transfer to SG HR
▪ Submit monthly timesheet & commission to HR team for approval.
▪ Review reports submitted by SICs including number of hours to pay, overtime payment, shift payment, commission, incentive and deductions
▪ Monthly tracking of confirmation cases and follow- up on completion of appraisal forms
▪ Prepare monthly and yearly payroll reports
▪ Review store timesheet
▪ Upload, proceed and follow up to pay salary via bank system
▪ Provide treatment for all payroll, personal income tax and social insurance items to ensure maximum compliance with local legislation
Employee Benefits
▪ Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares
▪ Assists in designing and developing compensation policies
▪ Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
▪ Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
▪ Assists in reviewing of corporate insurance benefits annually
▪ Assists in designing and developing different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions)
▪ Review monthly report of change in list of employees under insurance plan
Social Insurance (“SHUI”), Personal Income Tax (“PIT”), Labor & Immigration Law Compliance
▪ Consult the process for personal income tax and social insurance from time to time to ensure
compliance with local legislation
▪ Prepare and submit tax receipt report
▪ Prepare the monthly and quarterly PIT declaration & submit to tax department
▪ Reconcile the SHUI contribution responsibility monthly, quarterly, yearly (if any) with Social Insurance department
▪ Prepare monthly SHUI reports and process
▪ Prepare annual PIT finalization filing and payment
▪ Liaise with respective authority bodies in case of inspection or any related matter
▪ Process employee income tax receipt annually
HR Administrative
▪ Review and follow up probation contract/ labor contract/ termination letter/ promotion letter/ warning letter to employee.
▪ Translate and update of JD for all positions.
▪ Review the Labor report for Vietnamese Labor dept.
▪ Update of Team Org Chart and Staff Information list.
▪ Set up ad manage local HRIS according to the business requirement from time to time
▪ Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
▪ Effective time management & prioritization skills
▪ Sound understanding of Vietnamese employment, PIT and SHUI legislation
▪ ENGLISH IS A MUST
▪ Excellent analytical skills
▪ Resourceful, organized, efficient and able to work independently
▪ 2- 3 years of hands- on experience in compensation & benefits role, with emphasis on payroll process
▪ Meticulous with an eye for details
▪ Preferably experience in Retail industry
