Timekeeping & Attendance Management:- Monitor and supervise the timekeeping system to ensure compliance with the company’s working hours and internal regulations regarding punctuality and attendance.- Administer leave entitlements, including paid leave, compensatory time off, overtime, and other leave types, in accordance with company policies.
Employee Inquiries & Support:- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policies, providing clear and accurate information.- Address any concerns or disputes related to payroll, benefits, or leave management.
Record Keeping & Documentation:- Organize and maintain accurate records of employee salaries, wage adjustment requests,resignation/termination paperwork, and other compensation- related documents.- Ensure that all compensation and benefits records are kept up- to- date and compliant with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Tax Reporting & Compliance:- Prepare and submit quarterly personal income tax (PIT) reports, and conduct annual personal income tax reconciliation.- Maintain a list of employees subject to PIT, prepare tax invoices, and assist employees with the tax filing process as necessary.
Social Security & Insurance Management:- Monitor and update employee social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance records.- Liaise with the Social Insurance Authority to ensure that all required documentation and contributions are completed accurately and submitted on time.- Advise employees on their social security and health insurance rights, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Policy Development & Proposal:- Collaborate in the development and implementation of company policies regarding compensation, benefits, and employee rewards.- Proposed enhancements to existing policies related to salary structures, bonuses, and other welfare benefits, ensuring they align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Payroll Administration:- Calculate and process monthly salaries, bonuses, and other benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution, including special bonuses for holidays and festivals.- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for salary payments, performance bonuses, and other financial incentives.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and social insurance policies to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits practices remain in compliance with current regulations.- Update and amend company policies and benefits packages as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements.
Employee Exit & Severance:- Oversee the exit procedures for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the resignation or termination process.- Ensure that all necessary paperwork related to employee separation (e.g., final pay, benefits, and severance) is processed in a timely manner.
