C & B Manager

Report to: HR Manager directly
Location Working: Dong Nai
Take care of: 12 Staff
Dear Valued Candidates,Our member company is a Foreign Company in manufacturing industry. They are looking for high-qualified candidates for C&B Manager Position.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
Shuttle from HCM to Dong Nai

Proposing suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally.
Surveying policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement
Managing Compensation & Benefits policies such as contract, salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, welfare
Updating new relative regulation & law timely for application & improvement
Other relative task as assignment
Upgrading salary scale, benefit policy to be attractive & competitive.
Improving the evaluation policy, promotion policy …
Making yearly budget.

Experience about management of system personnel
Have experience about the salary policy survey of others company
Experience about the cost management Strategy
Build the employee evaluation policy and promotion system
Experienced relating to C&B / HR
University up in major of Economic / BA / accounting / or similar majors
English or Korean fluently
Have knowledge in the building Compensation & Benefits Policy for company
Public Administration and Wage

Experience in international company (prefer Korean company)
Live in near our company
Less change the company (less than 3 times)
Good communication: English is compulsory and Korean is optional
We will have buses to pick up and pick up at Hang Xanh crossroads, at 6:30 every day
At least 3 years-experience in HR filed: especially C&B
