C&B Officer

Compiling time and attendance data for monthly salary computations.o Collaborating with all divisions to analyze and suggest key performance indicators for overtime and annual leave.o Supervising divisional overtime by providing monthly reports and recommendations to management for optimal resource utilization.o Coordinating with line managers to devise an annual leave schedule for staff, tracking its execution through regular reports, and highlighting leave utilization.o Acting as the administrator for the Time & Attendance system to ensure timely updates, accurate reporting, and system integrity.o Identifying system limitations/errors and proposing solutions for process improvement.o Maintaining records of employee information, including new hires, contract renewals, transfers, resignations, and changes in compensation, for payroll updates.o Validating salary data, such as working hours, leave days, shift allowances, and night shift hours, to ensure accuracy and making adjustments as necessary.o Executing and documenting pay adjustments for retroactive changes in the previous month due to leave or working hour variations.o Compiling monthly time and attendance data, including retroactive adjustments, overtime, working hours, shift allowances, and night shift premiums, in salary reports.

Bachelor&039;s degree of Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related area.o Min 4 years of experience in C&B or relevant fields, preferably in international companies (have both Vietnamese and Expatriate Staffs) in manufacturingo Strong analytical skills.o Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)o Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in Vietnamese and English.o Strong Time Management skills.o Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlineso Skills and ability to constantly update, practice and apply lawso Strong at data management skills
