C&B Specialist - Supervisor (6-month Contract)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing and preparing all the salary and other HR- related documents before submission to the head of human resources
Perform routine data audits and ensures employee data are up- to- date and accurate
Monitor and ensure labor contract renewal process for all associates to be done in a timely basis.
Coordinate with Human Resources Manager on the expatriates’ issues including labor contract, work permit application, monthly attendance, annual leave balance and other benefit programs.
Maintain an efficient trace system.
Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Human Resources Director or Hotel Management.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.

Good command both in English and Vietnamese
Conducting duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained
Minimum of 2 year- experience in a Human Resources management role either as a generalist, or in a specific role such as C&B, in the hotel industry preferred
