Key Purpose of the Job:
The key role of this position is responsible to do monthly payroll, social insurance, personal income tax, and related reporting to make sure accuracy and compliance with the law. He/she will also handle the employee data in both soft and hardcopy to be stored properly per company guidance.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Preparing payroll and benefits calculation
Manage to leave a record for an employee by collecting leave requests, updating in system and reconciliation with the line manager when needed.
Regularly communicate benefits programs to staff and any update from law related to C&B SI, UI, HI, Tax…., providing proactive support service and highlighting such as
Responsible for declaration, reconciliation of Social insurance, personal income tax, medical healthcare program as per mandatory requirement.
Monthly update employee list to Healthcare Insurance company and do reconciliation by end of the year with insurance company.
Prepare monthly payrolls for all local and expat employees to make sure accuracy and timely payment.
Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees, calculating the required adjustments for exiting staff;
Work closely with Finance and related departments to clarify and calculate the commission, bonus for the whole company.
Employee Data and Labor contract management.
Prepare offer letter, labor contract for a new hire, contact renewal, salary adjustment, confirmation letter, and termination process.
Remind line manager for the probation appraisal, contract renewal appraisal.
Collect new hire information and update in the Masterfile in a timely manner and store correctly in both soft and hard copy.
Responsible for all report related to payroll calculation,
Responsible for all external reports to authorities to comply with local law requirements, including but not limited to the Social insurance Department, Tax Department, Labor Department, Immigration Department….
Responsible for internal report related to C&B such as turn over rate, OT, Headcount, movement….
Other reports as and when required.
Compliance
Use expertise to identify gaps in current policies, improving policy application and effectiveness;
Recommend additional processes and/or policies that will enhance the C&B function and service delivery.
HR system
Support all tasks related to system.
HR support
Support HR department in other projects as and when required.
