C&B Supervisor

Prepares the C&B budget , including the monthly reporting and adjusting of the budget if needed.
Responsible for C&B matters related to payroll, benefits, and compensation management as needed.
Responsibility of submitting the necessary reports to Labor, SHUI, PIT, etc. to relevant authorities.
Coordinate to monitor and manage the Company&039;s welfare policy system.
Follow up and renew probation contract/ labor contract/ termination letter/ promotion letter/ warning letter to employees.
Monitor and update data on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly.
Manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other benefits according to the company&039;s rules and regulations.
Other tasks as assigned
Organize storage, arrangement, update and preservation of salary records, promotion records, salary increase requests, salary reduction disciplinary documents, handover documents upon termination of employment and other related documents to salary.

Education

BA in Human Resource or relevant field

Experience

At least 3 years of hands- on experience in compensation & benefits role, with emphasis on payroll process.
Experience to set up HR policies, procedure, workforce planning, salary scale, incentive scheme, system.. is advantage

Specific Knowledge

Organized, efficient and able to work independe
Good understanding of Viet Nam labor law, PIT and SHUI legislation
Excellent analytical skills
Effective time management & prioritization skills
