General task:
Handle labor issues, disciplinary procedures (if any).
Manage the master data of employees, including data entry, updates, and storage of personal records for all employees.
Accountable for developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies in line with company objectives, HR policies and labor law to deliver C&B operations.
Prepare the compensation and related budget, including monthly, quarterly review, , reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
Oversee and/or assist in managing the annual program, which includes the HR budget, and compensation review.
Remain up- to- date with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
Manage timesheet, payrolls (estimation and actual), cost comparison.
Monitor labor contract renewals process and record
Conduct salary and benefits survey (Mercer methodology)
Monitor PIT calculation and reports
Monitor compulsory insurance data and reports
Support in salary review process
Design and develop different schemes for variable remuneration packages, including pay structure, bonus, benefits.
Plan and manage monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Employee relation
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Communicate policies pertaining to contracts, bonus, compensation, and benefits...
Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to analyze the turnover rate.
Leadership task:
Supervise and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Training to support organizational objectives related to talent acquisition and retention.
