C&B Team Leader (HR Operations)

* Job Summary:
- The Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations of the Compensation and Benefits and Admin team. This role involves managing the design, development, and administration of the organization&039;s compensation and benefits programs. The Team Leader ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations while implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
* JOB DRESCRIPTION:
* Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the C&B and Admin team, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in executing their responsibilities effectively.
* Compensation Review and Proposal:
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the organization&039;s compensation packages.
- Propose compensation strategies to align with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
* Benefits Administration:
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit offerings and ensure cost- effectiveness.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits.
* Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to compensation and benefits.
* Job Evaluation and Grading:
- Support HR Manager to conduct job evaluations and grading to ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation practices.
- Maintain a job classification system and update job descriptions as needed.
* Performance Management:
- Develop incentive and bonus programs that align with performance objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to integrate compensation and benefits with the performance management process.
* Communication:
- Provide education and support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits packages.
- Communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees.
* Budget Management:
- Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
- Monitor expenses and make recommendations for cost- effective programs.
* The scope of job:
all Eurofins Legal Entities in Vietnam, Cambodia and potential expansion to other countries bases on the business requirement and candidate’s competency.

- Good at computer skill, Excel is a MUST.
- Autonomously working.
- Teamwork, high responsibility.
- At least 2 year- experience in C&B Team Leader position, MNCs company experience background is preferrable
- Graduated university major in Economics and related majors.
- English communication, Good at writing English.
- Familiar with HRM software is an advantage
- Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
