We are expanding and seeking for an experienced C++ Developer and proficient in Python (good to have), we encourage you to apply. Candidates with a keen interest in tackling challenging problems and writing well- maintained code are highly regarded. Prior experience in finance is neither required nor requested.
Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Software Development team, you will:

Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our trading systems
Continuously enhance our systems to adapt to evolving trading needs.
Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems.
Utilise Python for various scripting and integration tasks.
Utilise your expertise in either C++ to write robust and performant code.

• Proficiency in software architecture
• Experience in low latency or high throughput environments
• Experience in Python is a big plus (not a must)
• The ability to write clean code
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Good English (4 skills) (online test and all interview rounds will be in English)

Hiring process

Within 2 working days, we will send you an email regarding your application. Please kindly check your inbox and spam box.
In case you are qualified to go to the test round, you will receive an email from our test platform HackerRank with the test link in it (please check your inbox/spam box). The test link will be expired after 2 weeks. You will need to do the test in one- seating (120 mins) without pausing the test.
Three rounds interview (in English) with our senior developers (live coding will be required):
The 2nd round: video call with our senior software developers from Singapore. You will need to prepare a laptop and good internet connection.
The first round: in our HCM office with our senior software developer
The 3rd round: video call with team leader from Singapore. You will need to prepare a laptop and good internet connection.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm – Mon to Fri. Hybrid working environment (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). You will be required to work in our HCM office
Joining SHUI (Social insurance (SI); Health insurance (HI) and Unemployment insurance (UI) in the probation time. SHUI is contributed base on actual salary. Probation time will be 6 months, sign a full time contract for 6 months and contribute to SHUI.
Annual training trips to head office in Singapore.
