C++ Software Engineer (All level, 10 Engineering)

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, implement and test OPSWAT&039;s flagship products on various environments for both Windows and Linux.
Coach engineers by best practices and help them grow.
Participate in receiving and giving code reviews.
Partner with Scrum team members on delivering Sprint commitments.
Collaborate with Product Management on product requirements.

What We Need from You

Expertise in C++ programming.
Must be self- motivated and have a proven ability to work well in a fast- paced team environment.
Experience building software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Good logical and critical thinking.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with at least one DBMS like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
Solid background and proven experience in Object- oriented programming and system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling).

It Would Be Nice If You Had

Experience designing/interfacing with applications with REST API.
Experience with Agile / Scrum working environment.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity.
Experience with Qt framework for C++.
Experience working in Kubernetes and containerization environment.
