C++ Software Engineer (Middle/Senior/Lead)

The Position
We are looking for hands- on C++ Engineer to join our growing R&D and Product Engineering team. The candidate will work in a talented team to build OPSWAT&039;s famous MetaDefender product as world&039;s advanced next generation cyber security platforms.
What You Will Be Doing

Coach engineers by best practices and help them grow.
Collaborate with Product Management on product requirements.
Design, develop, implement and test OPSWAT&039;s flagship MetaDefender products on various environments for both Windows and Linux.
Partner with Scrum team members on delivering Sprint commitments.
Participate in receiving and giving code reviews.

What We Need from You

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good logical and critical thinking.
Have experience with C++ programming language.
Solid background and proven experience with Object- oriented programming and design.
Experience with at least one DBMS like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
Must be self- motivated and have a proven ability to work well in a fast- paced team. environment

It Would Be Nice If You Had

Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity.
Experience designing/interfacing with applications with REST API.
Experience with Qt framework for C++.
Experience working in Kubernetes and containerization environment.
Experience with Agile / Scrum working environment.
