KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mobilize staff to support other areas and departments when required
Hire staff to perform end- of- shift tasks: cleaning, cleaning, etc.
Coordinate with other staff to carry out preparation work
Manage, supervise, guide and direct subordinate staff to fully and accurately perform tasks in the area of responsibility
Assign subordinates to perform the tasks of preparing tools, supplies, equipment, setting up tables, and cleaning the area in charge.
Support other departments when required
Assign and arrange service staff to perform work according to regulations
Check all end- of- shift work in the area in charge
At the end of the shift, hand over the shift to the next shift.
Check the preparation work before serving and welcoming guests
Perform service work when required, when work intensity is high, or when there is a shortage of staff.
Report daily work to superiors at the end of each shift (incidents, individuals working well, other unexpected tasks, etc.)
