CAD & Office Associate

*** Job Description:
- Suggest improvements and ideas to create a better product, reduce cost and easier manufacturability
- Coordinate and closely work with furniture factories to follow up on samples
- Make changes to drawings
- Create assembly instructions and other documents for approved products.
- Should be creative and generate design ideas to help Management create new product lines
- Work closely with Operation Manager and US office
- Review samples with Product Development Manager (PDM) and Designer
- Manage office to ensure smooth functioning (pay bills and other office activities)
- Prepare drawings of furniture and other items from ideas, simple sketches and photos

*** Job Requirement:
- Should be a team player and be able to work under challenging environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese. No exceptions. Both written and spoken
- Knowledge of CAD required
- A good and professional working manner and attitude. To be willing to work in production environment
- Self-Motivated, entrepreneurial, self- starter and take initiatives on new projects.
- Microsoft office – Word, Excel knowledge required
