Strategic Management & Leadership

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff loyalty.
Brand Strategy: Support the owner in executing seasonal promotions, brand collaborations, and new project launches.
SOP Implementation: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high service standards and consistent operations.

HR & Staff Development (Key Responsibility)

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process for part- time staff and lead their initial training to ensure a seamless integration.
Team Communication: Act as the primary bridge between the owner and staff, managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and maintaining team morale.
Staff Education: Conduct regular training on service etiquette, product knowledge (savory dessert concepts), and hygiene standards.

Operations & Growth

Sales Reporting: Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports and insights for operational improvement.
CS Management: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Daily Operations: Oversee staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and inventory control to minimize waste.
Growth & Content: Manage the official TikTok account, plan trendy content, and drive brand awareness through creative digital marketing. (Optional)
