The Cambridge Kindergarten Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Vinschool Education System, responsible for providing leadership and fostering an environment of excellence within the Cambridge Kindergarten program. This position oversees the development of a comprehensive curriculum, facilitates teacher training and development, leads recruitment and retention efforts, and ensures the smooth day- to- day operations of the Kindergarten program.
The Cambridge Kindergarten Coordinator collaborates with the nationwide Vinschool education system, which includes campuses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hai Phong, and is expected to undertake occasional travel as required.

Key responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with the academic team to design and oversee the development of an engaging and comprehensive curriculum for Vinschool‘s Cambridge Kindergarten program.
Ensure strict alignment with Cambridge International Education standards and guidelines.
Continuously evaluate and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of Vinschool students.
Training and Development:
Provide guidance and support to Kindergarten teachers, enabling them to effectively implement the curriculum.
Develop and deliver ongoing professional development programs customized for Kindergarten educators, enhancing their teaching skills and knowledge.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth among Kindergarten staff members.
Recruitment and Retention:
Assist in the recruitment process by participating in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with Vinschool‘s educational mission.
Create and implement effective retention strategies, including mentorship programs and career advancement opportunities.
Devise and implement strategies aimed at attracting and retaining high- quality teachers with expertise in Early Years education.
Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the Kindergarten team, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Kindergarten teachers, ensuring alignment with Vinschool‘s educational vision.
Instill a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the Kindergarten program.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate seamlessly with other Vinschool departments to ensure an integrated educational experience for Kindergarten students.
Build and nurture strong relationships with Kindergarten parents, fostering open communication channels.
