Campaign & Merchandise Executive

Reporting to the Campaign Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for:
• Campaign Management (60%): manage Platform (TikTok and Brand.com) campaign, Brand campaign and KOL/KOC campaign including:
Standby, update and track campaign performance to related team
Report and analyze to give insights and key findings to help improve performance
Research market and suggest to find potential KOL/KOCs especially TikTokshop Affiliate
Understand Brand guidelines, Brand&039;s DNA, requirements, target audience,... to propose relevant affiliate plan
Work with external (TikTok, Brand, Agency) and internal cross functions (Partnership, Commercial, Creative, Production) to deliver campaign task and ensure performance
Plan and manage detail Brand campaign based on budget and target
• E- Merchandising (40%): Brief, check and ensure all onsite visibilities are delivered effectively in both timeline and sale revenue targeted

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Problem solving and solution- driven.
• Background experience in TikTok is a priority
• Proactive and eager to learn mindset
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing Agency,..or relevant...
• 1- 2 year of experience with Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Marketing Executive (Advertising/Digital Agency...). Solid understanding of Ecommerce/Online- channel business in FMCG, Health, Beauty, Fashion ....
• Can- do attitude and ability to work under pressure
