Campaign & Merchandising Manager

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer you will be responsible for:
• Appropriately within the team to Implement the client’s business priorities in order to deliver business results and KPIs.
• Establish, and develop 2 solid teams of Campaign & Merchandising
• Activeness & brand penetration in E-commerce, and ranking of a brand within the platform.
• Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives, and market best practices
• Merchandising Excellence to drive Clients’ performance in terms of business growth, brand
• Management Team
• Manage team’s P&L, report activities, and participate in periodic business reviews with
• Build a strong relationships with brands & accounts as a valued partners to drive ecommerce growth sustainably.
• Lead teams to develop and implement strategic plans via Campaign Management & Onsite
• Reaching prospective brands and communicating the business benefits to generate partnership opportunities.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Management Consulting or equivalent e-Commerce experience
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to deliver insight recommendations based on data
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality, and timely delivery work
• Good understanding of digital and media landscape in Viet Nam
• Strong leadership with the ability to lead the team and drive cross-departments coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
• At least 5-year of experience in the Marketing field.
