We are seeking a detail- oriented and execution- driven Campaign Strategist to support campaign operation excellence through precise voucher configuration, experiment setup, and campaign performance tracking. This role plays a key part in bridging strategic planning with day- to- day execution, ensuring all incentive and campaign operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals. The candidate will later grow into a more analytical and strategic scope based on performance progress.
Responsibility
Platform Incentive Management
• Plan, configure, and optimize voucher strategies (e.g., coupons, subsidies) to drive user engagement and conversion.
• Ensure accurate and timely operational execution of all incentive programs within budget constraints.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and implement incentive optimization opportunities.
Experiment Setup & Optimization
• Execute A/B tests and assist in designing growth experiments to evaluate campaign or voucher effectiveness.
• Track, compile, and analyze experiment results to support data- driven decision- making.
• Build and refine playbooks to drive continuous improvement of campaign execution and performance frameworks.
Campaign Performance Monitoring
• Partner with strategy and operation teams to define campaign objectives, success metrics, and budget allocation frameworks.
• Analyze campaign data to identify performance drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities across categories and time periods.
• Support strategic planning and design by translating performance insights into actionable recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (e.g., GMV, ROI, conversion rate, traffic, content, and voucher usage).
• Track campaign budget allocation, incentive spending, and overall campaign performance across initiatives.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with category, campaign, and user growth teams to ensure smooth execution of platform campaigns.
• Support cross- team initiatives related to user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in e- commerce operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to grow into deeper performance analysis and strategy formulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good data literacy: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking;
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
