Job Description: As the Campus Director, you will be responsible for every aspects of the campus, such as operations, marketing and enrollment, with typical tasks as below: • Manage Academic and Administrative- Develop and improve curriculum/syllabus/timetable every semester- Manage consultation and give advice on student’s performances • Present our curriculum and program to parents- Present curriculum towards customers regularly- Hold conferences and workshops as per month/semester • Achieving enrollment target- Managing and handling semester re- enrollment rate- Suggest plans and strategies to meet the target- Provide, share and follow- up consultation processes to achieve the goal • Marketing- Plan and execute semesterly and yearly marketing strategies and plans- Implement/manage/evaluate marketing tasks- Provide insights/prediction/analysis of the market&039;s demands • HR Development- Promote and develop of staffs’ competencies and working skills- Be a mentor and an example for managers and staff- Deliver training sessions every month/semester • General administration- Be responsible for managing all company’s assets- Suggest plan and control budget and operation cost 2. Working time:- From Tuesday to Friday: 2:00pm- 9:30pm- Saturday and Sunday: Morning shift from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. - Bachelor Degree or higher in English related major- Minimum 5 years of experience in education- English level: Advanced (will receive an English test on the interview day)- Pro- active and able to multi- task- Strong interpersonal skills and team- oriented spirit- Determined and great execution skills
