[Can Tho] Compensation And Benefits Specialist

- Participate in training according to the company&039;s training and training program
- Support Head of the Human Resources Department to work with the Authorities related to C&B reports and personal income taxes.
- Calculating of salary, allowances, bonus, and answer questions and complaints of employees about C&B policies.
- Monitor production/sales productivity
- Salary & allowances proposal for internal transfer or promotion
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR Department/ Teamleader
- Responsible for claiming Social insurance-Health insurance-Unemployment for employees
- Summary of PIT finalization for employees at the company.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, high intensity of pressure.
- Graduated from University in Economics, Business administration, Human Resource management, C&B.
- Excellent in office computer (PowerPoint/Word/Excel...)
- Have at least 1 to 2 working years as C&B specialist or similar position
- Good in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Well - known of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT Law. Applying the laws - the company&039;s current salary policy.

- Income includes: Salary for job positions, performance bonus - KPI, and company policy.
