Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is a property- based, broadly skilled marketing operator who keeps the Wink Unscripted by Hyatt brand alive and loud at the local level. This is a hands- on, execution- heavy role spanning content creation, social media management, event production, influencer and KOL coordination, and on- the- ground activations.
The role reports to the property General Manager for day- to- day operations, with a direct dotted line to the Director of Branding & Marketing at HQ for strategic direction, brand oversight, and professional development. Marketing priorities, KPIs, and output standards are set by HQ and form the framework within which the Marketing Executive operates. The GM supports the Marketing Executive in delivering against those priorities — providing the access, resources, and lead time needed to execute to the brand&039;s standard. This structure ensures the Marketing Executive is empowered to do focused, high- quality work that serves the Wink Unscripted by Hyatt brand — and that their time and skills are protected for that purpose Responsibilities.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Fluency in Vietnamese; strong working English – additional languages a plus
• 2–3 years&039; experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role
• Experience managing influencers, hosting media, or coordinating events
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, trends and performance analytics
• Proven ability to shoot and edit photo and video content to a professional standard
• Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, media or related field preferred
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent creative tools
• Knowledge of Hyatt platforms and World of Hyatt an advantage but not required
