Cargo Readiness Executive

This position is a part of Traffic team, working with different departments and mainly on system/data/excel
Manage the general ship&039;s schedule, journey, and slot distribution in order to arrange the ship&039;s schedule properly.

Main duties:
- Manage allocation on third party feeder
- Create/update Sailing schedule
- Monitor & update schedule, local voy. ref. in LARA
- Send loading forecast to boarding agent/port planning
- Daily booking report (CNC booking report, Asia feedering report)
- Monitoring SOC booking FI/FO & FI/CY term
- Update Booking Forecast to Partners
- Provide provisional Loading list to other parties: Ops/ HO/ Doc/ CS…
- Continuty plan - Update & Communicated to involved parties for info related to feeder, blank sailing, omission…
- MV loading confirmation
- Handling the Cargo Readiness status of Loading list
- Monitor routing & connection vessel, control space/weight in allocation

To perform the job well, you would need:
- Computing: Good MS Office skills, Excellent in EXCEL for reports.
- English: good communication in English, especially in writing and reading
- Experience: fresher with internship experience or 1 year of experience working in the same position/ similar positions at shipping companies/ FF companies
- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Personality: Proactive, attentive to details, team spirit
- Skills: Good non-verbal communication, reporting & system mindset
